Nets Team Report (Yahoo! Sports)The Nets upgraded their power forward position last month when they landed New Jersey native Troy Murphy in the four-team trade that sent Courtney Lee to the Rockets. Murphy will start at power forward, where the Nets had struggled mightily the last few seasons. Underachiever Yi Jianlian started the majority of games there the last two seasons before being dealt to Washington in June. Murphy, who grew up in Sparta, N.J., has career averages of 12.1 points and 8.6 rebounds. He averaged 14.6 points and 10.2 rebounds for the Pacers last season.
